Well what can I say. Half an hour, 4 people, very small room. Three ladies who did the talking, and one man sitting in a corner taking notes. Felt like I was applying for the Board of Directors or something. Won’t bore you with all the usual questions, they are basically the same in any interview. You know the ones; the dream job, how you feel about clean desks and filing papers, and why should we choose you.
No problems with their questions, and I know I can handle this job, so now just wait if they can see me fit their team. Which sometimes can be a problem when I talk to an all women committee. End of the week I will get a callback, and hopefully for a second interview. Fingers crossed!
